Witajcie!
Pewnie nie jest Wam obcy fakt, że staram się odżywiać zdrowo, smacznie i racjonalnie. Wiemy wszyscy, ze śniadanie to najważniejszy posiłek dnia. Powinien być zjedzony do godziny od pobudki, aby na maksa pobudzić metabolizm na cały dzień. Powinien być również pożywny, a zarazem nie obciążający organizmu, poza tym dostarczający nam energii na cały dzień.
Dziś mam dla Was kilka propozycji zdrowych, pożywnych śniadań, które przygotowuję dla siebie. Może moje śniadanie zainspiruje Ciebie i trafi na Twój stół 🙂

Is probably not a stranger to you the fact that I try to eat healthy, tasty and reasonably. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should be eaten for hours of incentives to the max boost your metabolism for the day. It should also be nutritious, but does not aggravating the body, besides providing us energy for the whole day.
Today I have for you some suggestions healthy, nutritious breakfast to prepare for ourselves. Maybe my breakfast and will inspire you to your table 🙂

– owsianki: na wodzie lub z jogurtem z dodatkami jak lubisz: orzechy i suszone owoce, może być z dodatkiem łyżeczki miodu/porridge: water or yogurt with toppings as you like: nuts and dried fruits can be a teaspoon of honey

– kanapki na ciemnym pieczywie z serkiem wiejskim, pomidorkami koktajlowymi i szczypiorkiem/sandwiches on dark bread with cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes and chives

– jajka sadzone ze szczypiorkiem, pomidorkami i ciemnym pieczywem/fried eggs with chives, tomatoes and brown bread

– jajko gotowane na miękko, kanapki na ciemnym pieczywie z pasztetem drobiowym, posypane kiełkami, podawane z pomidorkami koktajlowymi/a soft-boiled egg sandwiches on dark bread with pate poultry, sprinkled with sprouts, served with cherry tomatoes

– mieszanka sałat, z pomidorami, ogórkiem i kiełkami, można podać z ciemnym pieczywem/mix salad, with tomatoes, cucumber and sprouts, you can be given with brown bread

– jajecznice na oleju z pestek winogron z pietruszką, pomidorkami koktajlowymi, ogóreczkami i kiełkami lub z czerwoną papryką/scrambled eggs on grape seed oil with parsley, cherry tomatoes, ogóreczkami and sprouts or red pepper
